How We Prepare the Best Technical Workers

To develop our unskilled human resources into skilled manpower, we have established the Korea Bangladesh Training Institute (KBTI).

Our training center is government-approved, and the key persons of the management are certified by numerous organizations, such as— the Association of Travel Agents of Bangladesh (ATAB) & Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET)

In the center, we introduced six types of training programs, which are “Upgrading the Training Course for noninstitutional trained & inexperienced workers, and the “Fresher Training Courses” to fulfill the needs of our valued foreign employers as well as the local industries.

We send our trained candidates to the respective industries for practical orientation. After gaining some practical experience, freshers become up to the mark for foreign employment in the following areas—

• Welding (3G, 4G, 6G, 6GR, TIG, MIG, S.S, Duplex, etc)

• Steel Fitter (Pipe, Steel, Hull, etc)

• Mechanical Fitter (Plumbing, Pipe fitter, ducting, etc.)

• Electrical Section (Heavy electrical equipment installation, maintenance, and more)

• Scaffolding (Making structures from metal parts, wood planks, plastics, etc.)

• Painting (Polishing, coating, painting)
