How We Select You for Shipbuilding, Fitter & Civil Construction Fields
Step 1: Receieving of Application
KBTI collects CVs/applications through any one or a combination of the following ways to lineup the most suitable candidates for the interview/test.

We send the short-listed CVs either to the employer or keep them in the office as per the desire of the employer.
Step 2: Candidate Selection

The Employer or his Representative conducts interview/trade tests. in order to select workers finally.

KBTI provides necessary logistic support such as the issuance of interview cards, arranging suitable places for interviews, tests, etc.
Step 3: Medical Examination

We send the finally selected candidates for Medical Examination to the appointed or authorized medical centers.

Normally, they are medically examined at the centers appointed by the embassies of the employer's country.
Our Departure Formalities
A. Passport:
In most cases, the applicants who are looking for employment abroad do not have their passports. Here, KBTI assists the selected workers in obtaining passports as quickly as possible. There is a provision for issuing a passport on an urgent basis. The character and antecedents of each person are verified by the Police before issuing the International passport.
B. Application for Visa:
The Embassy in Bangladesh will apply for a visa in case of a block visa in the country. The employer may obtain NOC/Work Permit/Visa advice for the selected workers.
In case there is no Embassy in Bangladesh of the particular country, it is the responsibility of the Employer to obtain the necessary visa for traveling & entry to his country.
C. Ticketing & Emigration Formalities:
The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of the Embassy in Bangladesh. If employers do not provide joining air tickets, workers will pay for joining air tickets. KBTI obtains emigration clearance from the concerned Govt. Departments of Bangladesh & arrange air tickets for the selected workers.
C. Briefing before Departure
KBTI undertakes the responsibility of providing basic orientation for traveling to foreign countries. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities and given first-hand information on the work environment, rules, regulations, and social & cultural traditions of that country. They are especially cautioned to maintain discipline and to follow strict rules and regulations of the organization.
